We went into Bundall and spoke with Leanne. Cant thank her enough for all the advice that she gave us. She was a breath of fresh air and had fantastic customer service. Unfortunately we were unable to make it back in store to complete our order, however we did end up purchasing online. Definitely make a trip to the Bundall store and ask for Leanne if you need any assistance!

Exceptional customer service from Lillianne today, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Lillianne about 4 months ago at Helensvale but didn’t end up buying the bed, went into Bundall today and she was there and again, incredibly helpful, making great suggestions, checking what else she could do for me. I walked out of there happier as she was able to find what I needed. Hopefully delivery will be as good. Thanks Lil, you deserve a shout out and a raise!

Tanya from James Lane Bundall is absolutely incredible!! We made an online order a few weeks ago and had some issues and were told we would have to wait 14 weeks for our furniture. I called the Bundall store to see if they had any of our items in stock - Tanya went above and beyond and sourced all of our items and are now being delivered next week! Thanks sooo much Tanya, you deserve a pay rise!!!!! xx

Highly recommend Leanne from James Lane Bundall. Super friendly, helpful and a wealth of knowledge. Leanne made me feel so welcome and went out of her way to make sure I was looked after and had everything I needed. I have never experienced such great customer service. James Lane Bundall, you are very lucky to have such a wonderful Store Manager. I look forward to making many more purchases in the near future.

We just visited James Lane at Bundall for my daughter’s first double bed and Gina was fantastic! She was really knowledgeable and friendly and provided us with amazing service. We bought the Brentwood bed and we will be back for more furniture soon!

Many pieces of furniture and items in our home are from James Lane, Leanne at Bundall is so helpful, friendly & honest. I love the ideas she has come up with for us and when I disagree she moves on to find something that works for me! She is a super star and not having to wait months for stock is so refreshing compared to most places! I’m heading back there again next week 🤭

We love our new zander lounge, suits our house and so comfortable. The cushions we bought were perfect with their feather insides. The girls were so helpful and friendly. Couldn't do enough for us. Thank you so much!

Had a great experience with Jaime and the staff at James Lane Bundall. We love our couch, so comfy. Had a little hiccup with the wrong "side" being ordered as its facing, not sitting, but Jaime got it sorted and swapped over all in time for Christmas. Thanks so much for your great service team!

My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing a couch from James Lane Bundall. From our very first enquiry through to the delivery, the service was exceptional. Bridgette from the sales team was incredibly helpful and patient while we worked through the different options, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Ricky and Josh from the delivery team were also fantastic, both very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently together and completed the delivery quickly while making sure everything was set up perfectly.

We recently purchased a new lounge from James Lane and our sales assistant was extremely helpful. We came back a couple of times before ordering because I’m very picky, and she was so patient and took the time to go through colours, layout options, and comparable pieces with us. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, she let us take our time while offering guidance and support throughout the process. We were also looking at a bed base, and even though it wasn’t available in store, she went out of her way to call around and try to source one for us to view, as well as explain comparable options. Overall, fantastic service. We would definitely return for more items.
